About iFed

Shanghai iFed Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in 2023. Our founder Chris started his career by establishing Xinxin Hardware, a hardware accessories factory, back in 2009. With profound industry experience, he has in-depth expertise in the production processes and structural design of a wide range of products, enabling us to supply goods to various manufacturers and traders.

In 2011, we began participating in the Canton Fair, where we established cooperation with Australian supermarket chain The Rejected Shop, mainly supplying iron art crafts. Starting from 2012, we expanded our business into garden tools and initiated partnerships with major U.S. supermarket retailers, including Tuesday Morning, BBB, Dollar Tree and Dollar General.

In 2014, Unishine Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded to engage in the supply of various daily necessities and general merchandise. Through domestic exhibitions and online sales channels, we have built a stable product system featured with premium quality and cost-effectiveness.

At present, our procurement team consists of 15 members, including 5 senior procurement specialists with over 15 years of average experience in general merchandise sourcing. The team includes former procurement managers from OTL and professional buyers from Poundland.

We also have an experienced quality inspection team. Andy and Geff serve as leaders of the QA team, overseeing product quality control and on-time delivery. Meanwhile, Lily leads an experienced order follow-up team to deliver premium customer service and arrange well-planned shipment schedules.

After years of steady development, we have built long-term cooperative relationships with more than 100 suppliers across China. Our consistent good reputation has earned high trust from all partners.

To meet growing business demands, Shanghai iFed Industrial Co., Ltd. was officially set up in 2023, focusing entirely on export business. We are committed to solving every problem for our clients, and customer satisfaction is always our greatest pursuit and recognition.
